The App-side owner on cross-functional initiatives. Over four years the work moved from broad app surfaces and team growth, through AI in the query editor and Metrics, into a full frontend lead on the rebrand, and now enterprise data-platform UX.

## Projects

### Data surfaces
Enterprise data UX, curated metrics, and tooling that helps analysts trust and discover data.

- **Verified content & search results** (2026)
Build trust with enterprise customers by surfacing verified content and removing noisy signals. Owned the App-side frontend, partnering with product to decide which signals to elevate and which discovery feeds to retire.

- **Dataset collections & pages** (2026)
  Dataset collections & pages
  Role: Frontend lead.

- **Data Explorer redesign** (2026)
  Data Explorer redesign
  Role: Frontend lead.

- **Highline — self-serve data streaming** (2025)
Self-serve UI for organizations to stream Dune blockchain data into Snowflake, BigQuery, and Kafka. Owned the frontend end-to-end.
  Role: Frontend lead.

- **Search** (2026)
App-wide search modal shipped as part of a broader search push, making content and datasets faster to find.

- **Metrics** (2024)
Launch the Metrics product: curated, branded data points, as a credibility and trust initiative. Launched at DuneCon 2024, in Bangkok.
  Role: Frontend lead.

- **Color palettes in charts** (2023)
Auto-apply canonical brand colors (chains, protocols) to chart series so analysts don't pick hex codes manually. Open-sourced a community repo for maintaining palettes. Led the initiative, talked with users to shape it, and kept maintaining the repo afterward.
  Role: Frontend lead.

### Growth & monetization
Activation, conversion, and retention flows across onboarding, teams, and monetization.

- **Payment & upgrade funnel** (2025)
Optimize checkout and upgrade flow, including skipping the team creation step before payment. Owned the frontend revamp that cut drop-off in the upgrade funnel and more than doubled plan upgrade conversion.
  Outcome: Conversion 1.79% → 3.82%.

- **Other People's Queries** (2025)
Add more info about queries, when viewing them as a guest or other user, like who created it, when it was last updated, which datasets were used, etc..

- **Growing teams** (2023)
Team growth features including invites, onboarding, team management, etc. Contributed on team growth work — invite links,create-team prompts that turned solo users into teams.

### AI & query editor
AI-assisted SQL editing and generation in the query editor.

- **Edit SQL with AI** (2024)
Compelling AI-assisted editing UX for existing queries, aimed at growing creator activity. Led the frontend on the accept/reject diff-view flow and drove it from experiment to full rollout in production.

- **Bootstrap SQL with AI** (2024)
Standalone UX for generating a new query from a natural-language prompt. Led the frontend, shaping the prompt-to-query flow and example prompts that lower the barrier for people new to SQL.

### Brand & marketing
Rebrand foundations, marketing pages, and on brand experiences across the app.

- **Brand Foundations & rebrand rollout** (2025)
Rebrand foundations across app and marketing: fonts, colors, components, dark/light mode, QA, and Storybook migration. Led engineering end-to-end through phased rollout.
  Role: Frontend lead.

- **DuneScape marketing site** (2024)
New marketing site built from scratch and shipped in about a month. Led the frontend, turning a fresh brand direction into a fast, on brand launch under real time pressure.
  Role: Frontend lead.

### Platform & tech debt
Architecture migrations, design system work, and enterprise-grade polish.

- **App Router migration** (2026)
Tech debt cleanup migrating off the Next.js Pages Router onto the App Router. Led the migration, sequencing it page by page so the architecture could modernize without disrupting feature work.
  Role: Frontend lead.

- **Enterprise-grade frontend fixes** (2025)
Bucket of frontend polish and bug fixes under the Enterprise Grade App initiative. Owned a steady stream of fixes—query-editor drag handles, folder filtering, embed and counter improvements—raising everyday quality to an enterprise bar.
  Role: Frontend lead.

### Workspace & profiles
Team workspaces, profiles, library, and navigation that shape how users work together.

- **Team Home** (2026)
Make Team Workspace the default post-login landing for active multi-user teams. Led the frontend, reworking the post-login routing so active teams land in their shared workspace instead of Discover.
  Role: Frontend lead.

- **New creator & team profile pages** (2024–25)
Redesigned public user and team profile pages with native social share, stats, etc. Built several features throughout time including native social share, all-time stats and managing QA.

- **Library & Folders** (2023)
Reposition the Library as the central workspace for teams, including folder organization and shareable links. Shipped folders, per-row moves, and shareable folder links, turning the Library into a team's command center.

- **Organizations** (2026)
Enterprise organization accounts — rolled out across the app and used to migrate the Dune team itself. Contributed the App-side rollout and helped migrate the Dune team onto the new org model.

- **Dashboard view stats** (2024)
Surface view-count and trailing-30-day stats on dashboards. Led the frontend and turned harsh live feedback at Devcon into flagged trailing-30-day metrics running in production within 24 hours.
  Role: Frontend lead.

- **Query collaborators** (2023)
Surface real-time collaborators in the query editor alongside version history, so teammates can work in the same query. Built the collaborator presence UI in the editor — an early step toward real team workflows in Dune.

- **Cmd+K** (2023)
  Cmd+K
  Role: Frontend lead.
